By accessing or using the ShowSync platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users, including show organizations ("Organizations"), exhibitors, riders, trainers, and any other individuals accessing the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
ShowSync is an equestrian competition management platform that enables Organizations to manage and operate horse shows, and allows Exhibitors to register for competitions, pay technology fees, access results, manage entries, and communicate with organizers. ShowSync provides technology infrastructure and is not itself a show organizer or sanctioning body.
Organizations that contract with ShowSync to use the Platform agree to:
Exhibitors pay a per-competition technology fee to access ShowSync's platform services for that event. This fee is separate from any entry fees charged by the Organization. By registering for a competition through ShowSync, Exhibitors agree to pay the applicable technology fee. Technology fees are non-refundable except as described in the Refund Policy.
You agree not to:
ShowSync uses third-party payment processors to handle all financial transactions. By submitting payment information, you authorize ShowSync and its processors to charge the applicable fees. ShowSync does not store full credit card numbers on its servers. All transactions are subject to our Refund Policy.
The ShowSync Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ShowSync does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. ShowSync is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or decisions of any Organization or user, or for the outcomes of any equestrian competition.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShowSync LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. ShowSync's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ShowSync LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ShowSync LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property or confidentiality violations.
ShowSync reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
ShowSync may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
ShowSync is committed to fair and transparent billing. This Refund Policy applies to technology fees charged to Exhibitors through the ShowSync platform. It does not apply to entry fees, stall fees, or other charges collected by Show Organizations directly; those refund policies are determined by the Organization.
The ShowSync technology fee is generally non-refundable once a competition entry has been processed. However, refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
If an Exhibitor withdraws from a competition after completing registration:
Fees charged to Show Organizations under their ShowSync service agreement are subject to the terms of that agreement. Organizations seeking billing adjustments should contact ShowSync directly at info@showsynceq.com.
To request a refund, contact ShowSync at info@showsynceq.com with:
ShowSync will respond within three (3) business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within seven (7) business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension. ShowSync will cooperate with all payment processor dispute processes.
The ShowSync platform, including its software, code, design, trademarks, logos, branding, and all related content (collectively, "ShowSync IP"), is owned by ShowSync LLC and protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
No portion of ShowSync IP may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or otherwise used without the express written permission of ShowSync LLC.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ShowSync grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purposes:
This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, or create derivative works based on ShowSync IP.
By submitting content to the Platform (including competition data, profile information, photos, and communications), you grant ShowSync a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and process that content for the purposes of providing and improving the Platform.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit any content you provide, and that such content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
Show Organizations retain ownership of their competition data (schedules, results, entries) submitted through the Platform. ShowSync may use aggregated, anonymized competition data for analytics, product improvement, and industry reporting purposes. ShowSync will not publish or share identifiable Organization data without consent.

If you believe that content on the ShowSync Platform infringes your copyright, please send a notice to info@showsynceq.com containing: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the infringing material, (3) your contact information, (4) a good faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. ShowSync will respond promptly to valid DMCA notices.
